First session after my spell in hospital on the cardiac ward so I was taking it fairly easy. Just did once around the Pendam Trail, did push it now and then to give my heart a bit of a work out and did the lap in 41 mins so not to bad.

Beautiful day for it as well, a little icy in places but gorgeous sunshine and no wind.
